A few sneak previews of my work from 2013. This is a shot of the lovely Faylady from the first shoot we have done post-partum. She wore a beautifully made corset and a vintage fox fur mantle.
Beautiful work and subject. Critique wise, I would recommend centering the subject more. But that could just be my OCD acting up. But cropping, or taking wider shots to give you more to work with always helps. If it was your intention to make it seem as if she were walking toward the camera, her one leg back definitely does that, but arms could also add to it with a different positioning. If not, then centering her legs will add symmetry to the subject. As it is, the weight of the piece is centered within the frame, but skewed towards the left side of the subject. But regardless, it does not detract from the piece, it's just something to consider.
